Reporting the problem
In case you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, sign it us within 14 days after the purchase.
 
Report of your money back demand can be accepted only in written form for administrative reasons, at latest until the 14. day midnight after delivery.

Administration
Our colleague comes into contact with you
From our wide offer you can easily choose another product. We talk over your requirements again and help you find the proper product.
 
Reshipment
You have to send back the product in the delivered packaging, in marketable state to our store within 20 days following the delivery.
In case you don’t have the possibility, we can reship the product for your request and costs in a fixed datum.
 
Rendering of accounts, repayment
In case we can’t give you the proper product, we pay back the price to you when receiving the product. Repayable purchase price can be reduced by costs which are imputed to you.
These are the costs of delivery, reshipment, packaging and bank transfer – if they were separate items on the bill – as well as 5 % of the purchase price as handling fee.

In case of choosing another product customers don’t have to bear any cost.
