Ordering procedure Masszazsdepo.hu help you pick up information. On the website of the product you will find its detailed description, parameters and technical details.
The descriptions of the products are made according to the information given by the manufacturers/importers. We composed these descriptions with the greatest attention in order to give no misunderstandable information. Pictures showing products were taken guaranteedly of the given products.
Steps of ordering: A Clicking on „Purchase” button the product gets into your „basket” 1, Choose from products being on stock or preordered 2, Give your identifying personal data (they will be handled with strict confidentiality, see Data security) 3, Choose from Delivering / Shipping options as you wish 4, The basket helps you look over the products you would like to purchase. If it is necessary here you can delete products or change the ordered quantity. Here you can decide between finishing the purchase (To the cashier’s desk) and putting New product into the basket where you must repeat only steps 1-4. 5, Choose a way to pay 6, Give your shipping address, billing data 7, Look over your data – Before sending, check your data, use Back button for correction. 8, Add notes to your order (e.g. special demands, requests) 9, Send your order with the Ordering button
Receipt of incoming orders Our system confirms you in an email that your order arrived. About achievability of your order you will be informed later.
Availability, accepting the order, contract execution In case our company is able to deliver the ordered product, we send a „Confirmation of order” email to you. With this confirmation our firm accepts the incoming order.
A distant contract is concluded between the Customer as Buyer and the firm written in the confirmation as Seller, according to the following terms: - Seller hereby agrees to transfer and deliver the ordered goods to the Shipping address on or before the Shipping date, written in the „Order confirmation”. - Buyer agrees to recieve the goods signed on the posted Order-form and transfered to the given Shipping address, and pay the purchase-price written in the confirmation sent by the Supplier, which includes packaging and delivering costs, according to the paying terms. The currency is HUF or EUR. - The language of the contracts made with the help of this homepage is Hungarian. - The Parties stipulate the jurisdiction of the Miskolc Municipal Court for the settlement of any future disputes. In the case of questions not regulated here, the Parties regard the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code as well as the rules of distant contracts 17/1999 (II. 5.) Gov. decree as applicable.
Contracts concluded this way are not qualified as written contracts and are not registered by X-Train Ltd.
Refusing, deleting an order Our database follows the motion of our own and our partners’ stock as fast as possible, still it sometimes happens that the ordered product is not available. In this case your order will be refused and deleted, about which you will be informed via email. In this case contract is not concluded.
We inform our customers that their orders or personal data given by any technical devices get our firm’s register. We use these data only for market research and tender activity, we don’t give them to a third Party. Personal data are registered and handled in accordance with the provisions of Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and access to public information, as well as Act CXIX of 1995 on Handling names and addresses in research and direct marketing. Customer data are given to the delivering companies for the period of transporting and delivering. Your data can be displayed, altered or deleted for your written or email request (with the exception of bill data (master-copy of bills), to the holding of which we are obligated by the Accounting Act).

Personal receipt Ordered product(s) can be personally received in the central store after fixing an appointment. Ask about the size of packaging and check the capabilities of your vehicle.
Free delivery (Hungary) Goods are delivered to your address within 15 working days. It is a freight distribution and parcel delivery transport, there is no way for fixing an appointment. Delivery takes place at the door of the house/flat. The supplier has no opportunity to installation.
Express deliver (Hungary) Goods are delivered by an express messenger service, within 72 hours from the confirmation. Delivery takes place at the door of the house/flat. The supplier has no opportunity to installation.
White gloves - proffesional delivery (Hungary) Tip! Making an appointment with you we state the purchased product into an optional room of your flat. We rig up and install the product. Our expert colleague demonstrates the working of the product. Getting to know your optional health problems he gives you advice for the most proper use.
Sending as a gift You can send the product as a surprising gift. When ordering the product please write „SENDING AS A GIFT” to the notes. In the case of larger products (>30 kg) the price of delivery can change because of the unique features of your habitation. E.g. attic, winding stairs, narrow staircase, small elevator, etc.
Parcel delivery Our supplier is DT Express Ltd. (www.dtexpressz.hu/), when receiving a product please check its integrity. In case of any disorder please make him register the problem to simplify proving the problem later.
Payment methods Cash payment You can pay in cash in the given currency (HUF or EUR) when delivering the product.
Bank transfer payment You can pay your bill by bank transfer. It is a safe and fast solution in the case of larger sums of money. Transfer arrives on our account quite fast, within 1-2 working days.
Credit card payment Tip! We accept every well-known embossed credit cards. In special cases get informed at our customer service. Using credit card you can avoid cash flow. Commercial credits are ensured by Cib Bank- external partners. On the financial site of the bank(www.cib.hu), where you can get information about the details and using the Credit calculator you can see at once your installments.
Withdrawal Before delivery The Buyer is entitled to withdraw the purchase after the order but before the delivery. Buyer can sign this demand via email to info@masszazsdepo.hu. In this case the customer is not bound to bear any of the emerging costs.
After previous consultation you have the chance sending back the product in the delivered packaging and state, so that we can send it back to the store (32 Stefánia Str., Budaörs) in a marketable state. At your request our collegaues look after the reshipment as well. You can sign such demand at our customer service. In the case of abandoning you are bound to bear the costs of delivery, reshipment, packaging and bank transfer. Purchase price will be paid back according to the way of payment, in cash or in case of bank transfer, credit card payment within 30 days.
Preordered (bound to the Buyer, or made after his/her instructions, requests) product won’t be taken back!
Important! The customer is obliged to refund damages caused by improper use and deficiencies. We excusively take over a product after fixing an appointment previously! Guarantees, After- Sales Service We sell our products with warranty conditions provided by the producers in accordance with the Act of Consumer Protection. Period of guarantee may vary depending on the product type, it is signed next to the product. In case the product gets damaged within the guarantee period beside proper use then we provide nation-wide maintenance service background by the services appointed by the producers.
Please look it over carefully, and observe the instructions!
Don’t use the product in case you find some failure. Don’t lose time in notifying our Customer service. Inefficient handling of products and further use after realising the failure can result in loss of guaranty as well as warranty rights.
